This project is a plan to open a standard and licensed day care facility for seniors in a neatly renovated, spacious residential facility. The center is organized to provide care services for the elderly, nutrition and organization of social and cultural leisure during the daytime, in two shifts. The premises of the center for the elderly are planned to be equipped with devices that provide comfort and safety, regardless of religious affiliation, race and health status.

1) The project is financed by receiving investments in the amount of $1 million to $1.5 million. The cost of the project depends on the equipment of the center for the elderly and the wishes of the investor.

2) Timing and main stages of the project implementation
The implementation of the project will take from 3 to 8 months, depending on the deadline for obtaining all permits.

Rented or purchased space for up to 200 people with a seating area in the backyard.

Includes a large room for meals and leisure activities, a billiard room, a computer room (Wi-Fi), a library, an office for 10 people, a reception room, a kitchen (if necessary), 2 bathrooms. unit with four toilets and a shower in each.
