This project is a plan for the construction of a farm, including a guest house with a sauna for agritourism purposes; buildings for raising and walking chickens, geese, indo-ducks, nutria and two greenhouses.

The land owned is 75 acres, located 100 km from the city of Krasnodar.

It is necessary to build a two-story prefabricated Guest House, which will be rented out for the purposes of agritourism, entertainment and recreation.
